Policies
We are so pleased that you have chosen Wilson MD Aesthetics for your aesthetic needs. Before scheduling your appointment online, please note our cancellation policy. Your treatments are reserved especially for you and to accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges when the policy is broken. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Patients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged a $175 No Show Fee that is non-refundable and by scheduling and agreeing to this policy, you are agreeing to your credit card to be charged. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at time of service. We accept the following: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and CareCredit. We DO NOT accept checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request a 48-hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. There is a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit for no shows or last-minute cancellations. The credit card that is on file will be charged should you not cancel within 48-hours.
PACKAGE TREATMENTS
Patients have one year from the date of package purchase to receive their treatments. We understand that extenuating circumstances arise so can work with you to accommodate your schedule. Package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
RETURN POLICY
ALL products and prescriptions, whether opened or unopened, are non-refundable. If you are extremely sensitive, we recommend testing our products first before purchase. We will be happy to offer you a sample to test. It is typical to see some irritation when using products with exfoliants such as retinol, tretinoin, and alpha-hydroxy acids. Should irritation occur, please stop using the product and call our office for further instructions.
NO CHILDREN
Please do not bring infants or toddlers with you. We will not be able to watch them while treating you.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Available in any denomination, our gift certificates do not depreciate or expire. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
