Pre-Cancers

Pre-cancers also known as Actinic Keratoses (AKs) are a skin condition caused by chronic sun damage. They can appear as rough, scaly, pink patches in areas of high sun exposure. If AKs are left untreated they could become squamous cell carcinoma, the second most common form of skin cancer. AKs can be treated by a licensed health care provider (MD, DO, PA, NP) with Liquid Nitrogen also known as Cryosurgery or with Rx topical therapy.
