Skin Tags can be removed by either snip scissor removal, curettage, shave biopsy with a flexible derma-blade or via liquid nitrogen. Tags can be bothersome and develop in areas of friction, primarily the neck, armpits, or groin. When a tag is removed, it is likely a new one will develop, given the location and propensity of growing skin tags.
